If you’d like to redeem a voucher you can contact us with the voucher number and details of when you would like to book your treatment. If you prefer to redeem your voucher online, head to the book now page and scroll to the bottom for voucher redemption options.

Vouchers can be hand delivered to the waiheke address of your choice. For a digital alternative, your voucher can be sent as a PDF via email.

Need your voucher delivered to you, but you’re based on the mainland? We can arrange this for you at no extra cost.

Once purchased, vouchers do not expire.
